Online Interactive Textbook

Reported to the Editor-in-Chief, supported McGraw Hill in defining its textbook digitization strategy, helped develop a product roadmap to transition the company’s paper-based products to digital, helped define a new business model in support of the new roadmap.

Developed the content architecture and enhanced the instructional design, led the design of a model that demonstrated the basic functionality of the Interactive Textbook, revised the existing storyboard  for wide digitization of online textbooks across Health and Human Performance Division, conducted market research and held focused groups, identified functional and technical requirements.
