Supported the director of program support in developing and implementing a strategy for effectively capturing key retirees tacit and explicit knowledge in order to strengthen the financial leverage of the agency by transferring it to a new generation of workforce.

Built a framework for capturing and mobilizing tacit knowledge of management and decision making styles
Worked with managers to foster knowledge culture and identify metrics to measure and track results
Worked with IT department to build consensus for cross-functional collaboration
Designed and deployed content strategy, designed and developed a web portal for mainstream users to facilitate creation, re-use, and sharing of knowledge
